The headbands violate mandatory safety standards and Reese’s Law because the button cell batteries are easily accessible to children.
The product was sold on Amazon.com from March 2024 through June 2025.
No injuries have been reported.
Risk:
When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death.
