MediNatura New Mexico, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all lots of ReBoost Nasal Spray and ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray due to microbial contamination.
The contamination includes yeast/mold and a species identified as Achromobacter.
The products were distributed nationwide via retail and internet sales.
Consumers should immediately discontinue using the recalled products and return them to the place of purchase.
No adverse events have been reported to date.
Risk:
There is a reasonable probability that adverse health consequences including life-threatening infections will occur with use of the product in the immuno-compromised population.
