The LED lights can overheat.
There have been nine reports of the product sparking or overheating, but no injuries reported.
The product was sold online from July 2024 through April 2026 for about $43.

The LED lights on the recalled illuminated spheres can overheat, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a fire hazard.
