Target is recalling approximately 49,000 Gigglescape Under the Sea Popping Toys sold nationwide from August 2025 through January 2026.
There have been nine reports of the dome detaching, including one report of a child who began to choke. No deaths have been reported.
Risk:
The clear plastic dome of the toy can detach, making small plastic balls accessible to children, which poses a significant choking hazard.
