The sets contain loose magnets that, if swallowed, can attract each other or other metal objects in the digestive system, leading to perforations, twisting, blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning, and death.

The product was sold online at Walmart.com from May 2025 to November 2025 for about $12.

No incidents or injuries have been reported as of February 26, 2026.
