Melissa & Doug is recalling its Lights & Sounds Fire Truck Activity Board toys due to a choking hazard.
The fire hose port on the toy can detach, posing a serious injury risk. The toys were sold nationwide at Target stores and Target.com.
The firm has received 26 reports of the small port coming loose and one report of a minor cut. No deaths have been reported.
The affected units were sold from July 2025 through August 2026.
