This recall involves Zen-branded magnetic ball sets consisting of four textured, silicone magnetic balls.
The recalled products were distributed as promotional items between December 2025 and February 2026.
There have been no reported incidents or injuries related to this recall.
Risk:
When high-powered magnets are swallowed, they can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death.
