Tonight We Ride, LLC of Lakeville, Minnesota, is voluntarily recalling all lots of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement capsules.
The recall, initiated on October 24, 2026, is due to the presence of undeclared Sildenafil, Tadalafil, and Dapoxetine.
The products were distributed through certain independently owned and operated GNC franchise locations in the United States.
No adverse events or injuries have been reported to date.
Risk:
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are active ingredients in FDA-approved prescription drugs for erectile dysfunction (Viagra and Cialis). Their undeclared presence can interact with nitrates in other prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, potentially causing blood pressure to drop to dangerous levels. This poses a significant risk to individuals with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease. Dapoxetine is an unapproved active ingredient (a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor or SSRI) that can increase the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in children, adolescents, and young adults.
