A&P Creations LLC has issued a nationwide recall for certain lots of biQ-FEL 500 mL dietary supplement.
The recall is due to the presence of undeclared Sildenafil and Tadalafil.
The product was distributed to consumers in the U.S. through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us.
As of September 14, 2026, no adverse events have been reported in connection with this recall.
Risk:
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are active ingredients in FDA-approved prescription drugs (Viagra and Cialis) used to treat erectile dysfunction. Their approval is restricted to use under the supervision of a licensed health care professional. These undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. This risk is particularly significant for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease, who often take nitrates.
