SUPPLX.com initiated a voluntary nationwide recall of its male sexual enhancement dietary supplements, Business Pill and Branch Manager for Men, on September 3, 2026.
The recall is due to the presence of undeclared yohimbine in the products.
The company, based in Grant-Valkaria, Florida, distributed these products from September 16, 2023, through June 11, 2026.
Reports of death have been associated with severe overdose of yohimbine.
Risk:
Yohimbine is a plant-derived alkaloid formulated for use as a prescription medication, generally as a treatment for erectile dysfunction. It has also been studied for use to promote blood flow and support athletic performance. FDA found dangerously high levels of yohimbine in the recalled products. Yohimbine can cause severe hypertension, tachycardia, and possibly cardiac arrhythmia and myocardial infarction (heart attacks), especially if the consumer is taking other stimulants such as caffeine or ephedra-containing products or prescription drugs used to treat ADHD. Severe gastrointestinal distress, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain are typical side effects of high doses. It can also cause acute neurologic and psychiatric effects, including anxiety, insomnia, mania, psychosis in schizophrenic patients, drowsiness, disorientation, tremors and seizures. Death has been reported in cases of severe overdose.
