Company announcement

Vanderhall North America is recalling all model years 2024, 2025, and 2026 Brawley GTS electric recreational off highway vehicles due to a software malfunction. The vehicles can unexpectedly accelerate or maintain speed when the accelerator pedal is released.

One incident of unexpected acceleration has been reported, with no injuries. The recall impacts vehicles sold in Utah, Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

Consumers should stop using the vehicles immediately and update the firmware to version 7.1.0, which was released on April 15, 2026.
