Yamaha is recalling approximately 1,101 Model Year 2019-2025 UMAX Bistro and Bistro Deluxe vehicles in the U.S., with an additional 75 units sold in Canada.
The recall, issued on June 11, 2026, addresses a labeling error that could result in vehicles being overloaded.
Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the vehicles and contact an authorized Yamaha Golf Car dealer for a free label replacement at the vehicle's location.
No incidents or injuries have been reported in connection with this issue.

An inaccurate weight capacity certification label could lead to the vehicle being overloaded, posing an injury hazard to users.
